About
Hi, I’m Víctor.
I’m a researcher and writer. My areas of interest include nature in visual culture, environmental aesthetics, urban geography, and design and indigeneity.
Originally from Central California, I am currently based in Brooklyn, NY. I was a Presidential Fellow and hold an MA in Nature-Culture-Sustainability Studies from the Rhode Island School of Design, as well as a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In the past, I’ve worked with various non-profit organizations and creative teams, including the Environmental Defense Fund de México and Frans Lanting Studio.
In my free time, I enjoy sewing, hiking, independent films, and art museums.
